We are now providing immunizations the second Wednesday of every month and Foot Care the second Friday of every month in Kiowa, by appointment only!
As of October 1, 2024, we are now open Monday-Thursday 8:00AM-5:00PM and Friday 8:00AM-11:30AM.
We are now providing screenings for Presumptive Eligibility for Kan-Care!
We currently have Thursdays set as our COVID-19 vaccination clinic days by appointment, only. We only have the Moderna Bivalent available, currently. Call us at 620-886-3294 to schedule yours!
